Ares Management Corporation is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Property Accounting Team in Denver. The role focuses on day-to-day property accounting tasks in a high-volume, team-driven environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Yardi or AvidXchange. Base salary ranges between $65,000 and $80,000 with a discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting entries, analysis and interpretation required.
• 1-3 years of relevant high-volume experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and/or AvidXchange preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare direct bills, late fees, and one-time charges for tenants.
• Maintain an accurate aging report, including tenant credits.
• Review cash receipts with Accounts Receivable daily.
• Collaborate with AR Specialist for accuracy and completeness.
• Correspond with Third-Party Property Managers on operations.
