Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Dallas seeks a Property Accountant II to prepare monthly financial statements (cash and accrual) for Office, Industrial and Retail projects and collaborate with Property Managers on reporting packages.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, familiarity with Yardi/MRI, and a Bachelor's in accounting; Masters preferred. On-site role with a team that values service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with Yardi or MRI accounting software.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Outlook.
• 1–3+ years of accounting/reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned projects (cash and accrual).
• Develop internal and external reporting packages with property managers.
• Support budgeting and reconciliation processes.
• Process recurring and ad hoc analyses and postings.
• Coordinate with property management and clients to ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure SOC I compliance and accurate financial controls.
