Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of accounting experience, preferably within property accounting, real estate, or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel and accounting software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly close workbooks, including taxes, CAM, insurance, and operating expenses.
• Review balance sheet and income statement accounts for accuracy.
• Record journal entries and accruals for contracts, work orders, capital projects, and utilities.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and audit support.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned properties.
