Job summary

Brixmor Property Group in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Staff Accountant for a full-time, hybrid role. You will support timely preparation of accurate financial information related to property assets and provide excellent service to internal customers as you help optimize investor returns.

You will handle accounting operations for assigned centers, prepare P&L statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborate on monthly management reports and NOI worksheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Entry-level professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Account for assigned centers, prepare P&L statements, property recovery calculations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Compile information for monthly management reports and NOI worksheets.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and property forecasts with accurate calculations.
• Ensure compliance with management agreements and retailer leases; liaise on CAM issues.
• Coordinate tenant billing, audits, and monthly rent reconciliations.
