Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in property accounting or real estate.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports in GAAP compliance.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Manage property accounting records and cost allocations.
• Perform variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax reporting.
