• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger activity and prepare journal entries.
• Support month-end close and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reporting packages.
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain fixed asset records and support depreciation accounting.
• Assist with annual property budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits.
• Contribute to accounting projects and process improvements.

This role supports the financial operations of an assigned residential portfolio, including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting.
