Job summary

A leading real estate company in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Property Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting duties and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience, especially in affordable housing programs. Knowledge of RealPage Onesite is preferred.
