• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• CPA, CPA-track, or other accounting certifications are highly valued.
• Commercial real estate, multifamily, retail, industrial, or mixed-use property experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements and supporting reports.
• Managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Performing operating expense and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partnering with Property Managers, Asset Managers, and leadership teams to support business decisions.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintaining general ledger accuracy through reconciliations and journal entries.
• Supporting property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio transitions.
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP, company policies, and reporting requirements.
• Identifying process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiencies.
• Assisting with audits, tax-related reporting, and other special projects.

What You'll Be Doing
