You will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, and manage property maintenance schedules. Responsabilités

• Record accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare checks, payments, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile and balance all cash accounts monthly.
• Manage building maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Communicate with contractors, inspectors, and tenants.
• Annual triple net rent reconciliation and budgets
• Process and distribute year-end 1099s
• Prepare year-end reports for accountant including recording the proper classification of income and expenses and assets, liabilities, and equity accounts for our corporations and partnerships
• Manage building maintenance and equipment repair schedule for each property using our Rent Manager (property management) software program
• Communication and interaction with tenants and vendors
• Manage Excel spreadsheets for property taxes and insurance policies
• Meet with contractors, inspectors, and tenants at local properties

Accounting Responsibilities

• Record accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare checks, payments, and bank deposits
• Reconcile and balance all cash accounts monthly
• Journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Quarterly financial reporting
• Annual triple net rent reconciliation and budgets
• Process and distribute year-end 1099s
• Prepare year-end reports for accountant including recording the proper classification of income and expenses and assets, liabilities, and equity accounts for our corporations and partnerships

Property Management Responsibilities
