Job summary

Delta Dallas is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join a commercial real estate/property management company in Dallas. This is a 100% onsite role in Downtown Dallas with no hybrid or remote options.

You will manage full-cycle accounting for properties, with emphasis on CAM reconciliations, monthly statements, and support for budgets and forecasts. A CPA is a plus but not mandatory, and Yardi experience is essential, with OneSight as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial real estate accounting (retail preferred)
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and CAM reconciliations
• Solid GAAP knowledge and budgeting/forecasting support
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle property accounting and financial reporting
• Prepare CAM reconciliations and assist with annual budgets/forecasts
• Process monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy
• Support accounting close processes and internal controls
