Job summary

• Knowledge of CAM, tenant billings, expense recoveries and property-level accounting

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close and prepare financial statements
• Perform CAM reconciliations and variance analyses
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control efforts
• Manage property-level accounting in Yardi or similar system
