CFS is seeking a Property Accountant to join our real estate management and investment team. You will prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, manage rent invoicing, and assist with budgeting to drive accurate reporting and informed decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Property Accountant—real estate industry preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software and accounting systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly and quarterly property financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Oversee rent invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, and track/report variances.
• Maintain and update lease records; respond to tenant financial inquiries.
• Handle CAM reconciliations in coordination with property managers.
• Monitor property tax assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and support filings.
• Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
