Job summary

Staff Financial Group in Atlanta is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Property Accountant to manage property-level accounting with emphasis on CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations. Based in a close-knit, in-office environment, you will support leadership and the portfolio of properties including shopping centers and office properties.

The role suits someone with 2–3+ years of CRE accounting experience and a hands-on mindset in a smaller, entrepreneurial real estate organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of commercial real estate/property accounting experience.
• Retail shopping center accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on CAM reconciliations experience.
• Knowledge of real estate tax and insurance reconciliations.
• ARGUS experience is a plus.

The Opportunity

The company owns and manages approximately 12 operating properties, including 11 retail shopping centers and one commercial office property, along with additional land holdings.

The Commercial Real Estate Property Accountant will have responsibility for property-level accounting, with a particular emphasis on CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the accounting behind commercial properties and wants to work closely with company leadership in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review CAM reconciliations
