Job summary

The YMCA of the USA is seeking a Properties Director to lead maintenance and facilities across multiple locations. This hands-on role ensures safety, functionality and a high-quality experience for members and programs, balancing technical oversight with strong leadership.

You will oversee daily operations, facility systems, staff, and vendor relationships, while also contributing to overall branch operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Technical training or education in a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator certification within 90 days.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You Bring
