Job summary

Crossroads-Ymca- is seeking a Properties Director to lead daily facility operations, oversee maintenance programs, and manage mechanical systems across multiple YMCA locations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, balancing technical expertise with leadership to support a high-quality member and program experience.

You will supervise staff and vendors, coordinate safety audits, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, with travel between branches as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
  • Pool maintenance experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator within 90 days.
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups.

Keep the mission running.About the RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained to support a high-quality member and program experience. The Properties Director oversees daily maintenance operations, facility systems, staff, and vendor relationships across assigned locations, while also contributing to overall branch operations.
