Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through hands-on work or related tasks.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions with accuracy.
• Experience with standard process procedures and quality guidelines.
• Proficiency in entering and retrieving data on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections on propellers for wear, cracks, corrosion, and damage.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines.
• Disassemble, clean, and inspect propeller assemblies for defects.
• Balance propellers to meet aerodynamic performance standards.
• Replace or repair blades, hubs, spinners, and pitch control mechanisms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
