Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• Clear and effective communication with peers and management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment including compressors, pumps, valves, and pipelines.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and levels to achieve safe, efficient operation.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective action as needed.
• Perform daily walk-around inspections and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with control centers and other groups; issue work permits when required.
