Job summary

Palmdale Oil Company LLC in Stuart, FL is seeking a Daytime Propane Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on propane tanks, lines, and equipment for residential and commercial customers. You will respond to gas leak emergencies, conduct pressure checks and leak tests, and set up propane systems.

The role requires joining an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and completing documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in propane systems preferred
• Strong customer-facing skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to document work accurately and timely
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Computer literacy for reporting and paperwork
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Repair propane tanks, lines and equipment for residential and commercial customers
• Respond to gas leak calls and perform safety repairs on propane systems
• Conduct pressure tests and leak checks; evaluate system performance
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely
• Deliver and set propane tanks using a 2-wheel dolly
• Connect and convert gas appliances
