Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a Packaged Outside Sales Representative for the Plain City, OH area. You will drive commercial propane growth, manage relationships across segments, and develop supply solutions while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role focuses on new tank placements, ROI analyses, and coordinating with operations to deliver projects and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
Ability to identify and close complex commercial sales opportunities.
Understanding of propane storage, distribution, and equipment.
Financial acumen including margin management and contract negotiations.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth of commercial bulk propane gallons, margin, and customer retention.
Develop and execute territory growth plans focused on tank placements and gallon generation.
Negotiate new account agreements and long-term supply relationships.
Coordinate tank installations and onboarding with operations teams.
Maintain detailed sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting through CRM.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer service to ensure project execution.
Serve as primary contact for commercial propane accounts and support AR activities.
