Job summary

P. Gagnon & Son, Inc. is seeking a propane installer to safely install tanks and support delivery operations. You will work in the field, interfacing directly with customers and ensuring work meets NFPA and local code requirements.

The role requires a Class B CDL (Hazmat preferred) and 2–3 years in propane, HVAC, or related field. You will handle on-call duties and operate under company installation standards with daily documentation.

• Commitment to safety and following propane installation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install propane tanks in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Maintain CDL credentials and complete licensing or certification training as needed.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep equipment in good order.
• Submit service orders and billing documentation accurately and daily.
• Document and invoice parts used according to pricing and proposals.
• Support delivery operations by driving a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed.
