Job summary

WOC Energy is seeking a field technician to install propane systems, maintain safety standards, and support delivery operations. You will complete tank installs and service tasks across the territory, ensuring code compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires 2–3 years in propane/HVAC or related field, a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, and strong communication with customers. On-call and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required with Hazmat endorsement.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in propane, HVAC, or related field.
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes.

Responsibilities

• Install propane tanks in compliance with NFPA 58/54.
• Maintain required CDL credentials and licensing.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep equipment in order.
• Submit service orders and billing documentation daily.
• Document and invoice parts used according to proposals.
• Support seasonal delivery operations by driving a delivery vehicle.
• Report safety concerns to the General Manager.
• Participate in on-call coverage and occasional extended hours.
• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 75 pounds.
