Job summary

Prairieland FS, Inc. seeks an Energy Service Technician to perform propane and refined fuel installations, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service. You will drive to customer sites, replace regulators, and maintain accurate service records, while supporting sales efforts and marketing programs.

Applicants must obtain a valid CDL within six months and may travel to company locations, with an exempt (salaried) status. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of propane, fuel, and energy systems is an advantage.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs propane and refined fuel installations per policy.
• Prepares and maintains records; documents work; obtains customer signatures.
• Drives to deliver propane and refined fuel to customers.
• Replaces outdated propane regulators; maintains inventory control.
• Handles customer questions, contracts, and marketing programs.
