Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a District Manager to lead the safe, reliable propane delivery and related services in the local market. You will guide frontline teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive customer satisfaction while positioning the company as the lowest-cost-to-serve provider.

You will oversee safety, field operations, and workforce management, reporting to Area leaders. Travel within the local market is required as needed, with a competitive salary and incentive

Qualifications

• 5 years of operational management experience.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Propane industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing P&L statements.
• High level of customer-facing experience.
• Supervision and development of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Oversee delivery, installations, leak checks, and emergency response.
• Optimize resources and manage seasonal workforce.
• Manage district finances and controllable expenses.
• Use KPIs to drive improvements, inventory, and field capital.
