Job summary

Superior Plus Propane in Maine is hiring a propane delivery driver. You will transfer, load, and deliver propane to customers, maintain a clean vehicle, and use technology to track inventory and print tickets.

The role requires a CDL Class A or B, Hazmat endorsement preferred, and a current DOT medical certificate. Overtime and on-call incentives may apply; compensation is hourly and guided by candidate location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year delivery driver experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B is required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Current DOT medical certification is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, collect, load and deliver propane, products to and from containers for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Leverage technology to monitor inventory, tank levels, and print delivery tickets.
• Complete and submit daily driver reports as needed.
• Maintain equipment to safety standards and conduct pre/post inspections.
• Collaborate with Dispatcher for routing and scheduling information.
• Overtime may be required when business needs require it.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
