Job summary

Heller's Gas, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Technician to transport propane to customers and perform safety checks. You will operate a company vehicle, install and maintain propane systems, and ensure accurate documentation for work performed.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements, strong troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety. Field work is outdoors, with regular hours and occasional after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B with tanker and hazmat endorsements is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and clean driving record are needed.
• Experience in propane service or field tech roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfer propane from bulk storage to truck and to customer tanks.
• Inspect and verify tank information and perform leak tests as needed.
• Educate customers on safe operation and maintenance of systems.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and safe delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare work orders and documentation per standards.
