Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a bartender to join our Food & Beverage team, supporting Onyx Bar & Lounge and Proof. You will craft memorable cocktails, share knowledge of spirits, and deliver personalized service in a luxury setting.

We value a warm, engaging personality, hospitality passion, and experience in fast-paced luxury environments. Must hold Maricopa County Food Handler Card and alcohol service certification; flexibility to cover multiple outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in luxury hotel/resort, craft cocktail bar, or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and bartending techniques.
• Warm, engaging, service-focused personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and alcohol service certification required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with personalized bar experiences and attentive service.
• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signatures, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks accurately.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits and menu offerings and make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and proper setup/breakdown during service.
• Follow recipes, presentation standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Process guest orders and payments with accurate cash/POS handling.
• Support bartenders, servers, and the F&B team to ensure seamless service.

About The Role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team, supporting Onyx Bar & Lounge and Proof. As a key member of our bar team, you will create memorable guest experiences through exceptional cocktails, personalized service, and genuine hospitality.

From preparing classic and signature cocktails to sharing your knowledge of spirits, wine, and local flavors, you will play an important role in bringing each outlet’s unique experience to life. We’re looking for an engaging, service-minded bartender who enjoys connecting with guests, takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values being part of a collaborative team.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests and create engaging, personalized bar experiences through attentive and genuine service.
• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature creations, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, ingredients, and menu offerings while confidently making recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including proper setup, breakdown, preparation, and replenishment throughout service.
• Follow established recipes, presentation standards, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and food safety procedures.
• Accurately process guest orders and payments while maintaining proper cash and POS procedures.
• Support fellow bartenders, servers, and the broader Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.

What You Bring

• Previous bartending experience required, with experience in a luxury hotel, resort, craft cocktail bar, or high‑volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and proper bartending techniques.
• A warm, engaging, and service‑focused personality with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• The ability to remain organized, efficient, and composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet throughout the shift and perform the physical requirements of a bartending position.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required; applicable alcohol service certification required.
• Flexibility and willingness to support both Onyx Bar & Lounge and Proof based on operational and business needs.
