AI Prompt Engineer– (Remote Opportunity)

We’re looking for a GenAI Prompt Engineer who thrives on innovation, loves problem-solving, and wants to make AI more intelligent, efficient, and impactful. In this role, you'll craft enterprise-level AI solutions, develop smart automation tools, and refine generative AI models to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs. You’ll collaborate across teams—from chatbot development to financial transaction analysis—helping shape AI-driven strategies that deliver real-world impact.

What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)

• Engineer smarter AI models – Design and refine prompts, fine-tune models, and leverage techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Hallucination Prevention to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Turn complex data into AI-driven insights – Mine and analyze large datasets, identify trends, and optimize AI performance to drive business value.
• Build AI-powered products that scale – Develop robust, secure, and production-ready AI applications on Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Solve real-world problems with AI – From conversational AI to financial risk analysis, you’ll apply Chain-of-Thought and Tree-of-Thoughts methodologies to enhance AI reasoning and problem-solving.
• Collaborate, innovate, and lead – Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals, all while shaping best practices in AI development.

What You Bring to the Table

• AI & ML expertise – Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and cloud AI services (Azure preferred).
• Software engineering background – 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of scalable architectures and AI-driven applications.
• Data-driven mindset – Ability to analyze massive datasets, optimize model performance, and ensure AI outputs align with real-world business needs.
• Creative problem-solving – Comfortable working with loosely defined requirements and using AI to find innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills – You can break down complex AI concepts for stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
