Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks a Promotions Representative to support planning, coordination, and on-floor execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives. You will assist with giveaways, tournaments, drawings, and special events while delivering exceptional guest service on a fast-paced casino floor.

The role emphasizes adherence to gaming policies, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with multiple departments to enhance guest loyalty and brand standards.

Qualifications

Strong guest service and communication in a fast-paced casino environment.
Ability to explain rules and event details clearly to guests.
Experience assisting with setup, execution, and teardown of events.

Responsibilities

Represent Promotions Department on the casino floor during events.
Assist with promotions including giveaways, tournaments, drawings, and special events.
Explain rules and eligibility for promotions to guests clearly and accurately.
Enroll guests into players club programs and promotional campaigns.
Distribute prizes and promotional items per internal procedures.
Verify guest IDs and promotional eligibility per gaming regulations.
Support event setup, breakdown, and inventory control of materials.
