Job summary

W.S. Badger is seeking a Promotions & Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team and work closely with the National Sales Manager on promotional planning, executions, and tracking. This role owns domestic wholesale admin functions for the Customer Service and Sales team.

The position emphasizes coordinating with Sales Operations and Director of Sales, maintaining item listings and forms, and ensuring materials are available for the Sales and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in sales administration or account coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing relationships with outside accounts and sales reps.
• Experience with SYSPRO, Wrike, or similar systems; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Some project management experience preferred; coordinating deadlines and tasks.
• Knowledge of natural healing products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Onboards all new key accounts.
• Create product grids for sales sets.
• Coordinate sales programs and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee all Sales Admin functions for domestic accounts.
• Maintain and update contracts and account details in SYSPRO.
• Run and prepare rep commissions monthly; send monthly reports to reps.
• Coordinate and perform account level E‑commerce administration for product launches, changes, and maintenance.
