Job summary

W.S. Badger Company is seeking a Promotions & Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Team in New Hampshire. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager on promotional planning, execution, and tracking, owning domestic wholesale admin functions for the Customer Service and Sales teams.

The role requires 3–4 years in sales administration, strong MS Office skills, and experience with SYSPRO/Wrike. You will support onboarding, pricing changes, and product listings across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in sales administration or related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing relationships with outside accounts and sales reps.
• Experience with SYSPRO, Wrike or similar order/project/CRM systems.
• Some project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards all new key accounts.
• Create product grids for sales sets.
• Review sales sets for accuracy.
• Coordinate sales programs as needed.
• Oversee all Sales Admin functions for domestic accounts.
• Submit and manage account-specific Sales requests in Wrike with deadlines.
• Maintain pricing, terms, and product changes with Sales team.
