Job summary

VISIT FLORIDA is seeking a Promotions Manager to drive promotional campaigns with broadcast media and brand partners, strengthening the VISIT FLORIDA brand. You will oversee asset creation, provide partners with materials, and manage prize fulfillment while maintaining records in Salesforce.

The role requires strong relationship-building, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Some travel is required, and remote work is possible for candidates located in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years professional experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills with media contacts and partners.
• Ability to articulate benefits to promotional partners with a sales focus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and representation skills at events.
• Travel required with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate promotional opportunities with broadcast media and brand partners.
• Lead the negotiation, execution, and recap of promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the creative process for all promotional assets.
• Provide partners with materials, prize details, messaging, and assets.
• Manage prize fulfillment and distribution of certificates.
• Maintain promotion records in Salesforce and prepare post-campaign recaps.
• Build strong relationships with partners and travel as needed to develop opportunities.
