Job summary

Engage fi is seeking an Events Coordinator to organize and execute marketing communications projects, campaigns, and special events from a remote-Orlando basis. You will coordinate communications, track progress, and partner with sales to convert events into qualified leads.

The role requires 1-2 years in event coordination, strong organizational and negotiation skills, and experience with event platforms like C-Vent. Travel to the office may be required for event prep and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience coordinating events or in a similar role
• Experience working in graphic design, sales, marketing and communications specialties
• Event management platform experience, such as C-Vent
• Video and sound editing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Researches event requirements and venue options, plans within budget and time constraints
• Researches and negotiates vendors and engagements; engages thought leaders for events
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure events deliver quality content
• Works with sales to hand off marketing qualified leads generated through events; assists with graphics, web design, and promotion campaigns
• Collaborates with Marketing to develop nurture campaigns and boost registrations and brand awareness
• Tracks event expenses and prepares summaries for leadership
• Books venues and travel accommodations for partners
