Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort invites an Events and Promotions Associate to help execute promotions and events on the casino floor. You will assist in staging, signage, guest check-in processes, and ushering guests to events, while maintaining a professional, hospitable demeanor.

The role requires 1–2 years of guest service or promotions experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of guest service, events and/or promotions experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work different shifts, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing promotions, events and giveaways on the casino floor.
• Assist with stage setup, breakdown, hanging banners and signage for events.
• Provide guest assistance at check-in, wristbands and usher guests to event sites.
• Support daily Casino Marketing Department operations and guest hospitality tasks.
• Track and report guest feedback to management and maintain professional conduct.
