Qualifications

• In accordance with applicable law, anticipated annual rate for this role: $19.46 - 29.13 an hour.
• 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Execute client-driven initiatives to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Oversee dealer-account operations including Marketing Program & Contract Coordination.
• Manage Sales Fund, Claims, Credit Issuance, and Post-Audit Resolution.
• Drive process improvements and write SOPs with SOX compliance.
• Report to Supervisor or Manager.
