Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Minnesota is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to coordinate, set up and execute promotions and special events on and off property. You will provide a high level of guest service in line with department standards.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will work with multiple departments, vendors and staff to deliver engaging events and accurately track crowds and prize distributions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 1 year Marketing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, set-up and execute promotions and special events on and off property.
• Coordinate with operational departments in the development of programs and special events, including advertising support.
• Interact with guests and staff during promotions, drawings and events.
• Track, monitor and report on winners, prize distribution and guest counts.
• Organize and complete inventory of marketing storage areas.
• Assist vendors with outside sponsorships, co-ops and other promotions.
• Drive attendants to off-site events.
