Prairie's Edge in Granite Falls, MN is seeking a Promotions/Event Coordinator to coordinate casino promotions, drawings, and special events while supporting entertainment and guest experiences.

You will manage logistics, loyalty campaigns, and vendor coordination, work nights/weekends, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills are required; benefits include health and 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Experience in marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, gaming, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and casino marketing systems.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways, and special events.
• Support entertainment events, VIP functions, bus tours, and group activities.
• Assist with loyalty program promotions, kiosk campaigns, and free play offers.
• Manage event logistics, promotional materials, giveaways, and vendor coordination.
• Track promotional performance and prepare event recap reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support sponsorships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain promotional calendars, records, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
