Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Florida is seeking a Promotions & Events Coordinator to assist in planning, executing and operating all promotions. You will work with multiple departments to ensure timely, organized events and foster a fun, family-style guest experience.

The role requires strong guest service, clear communication, and the ability to manage event timelines, budgets and supplier interactions. A 21+ age requirement and gaming license are noted, with a need for flexibility to work late

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales or marketing or a 4-year degree in related field.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old; proficient in English
• Ability to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Deploy promotions and interact with guests, including live announcements and prize forms.
• Organize event descriptions, timelines, and planning documents for customer events.
• Disseminate information to departments about customer events in a timely manner.
• Set up CMS and event guidelines for customer events.
• Communicate costs on analytical worksheets for events.
• Enter purchase requisitions for supplies and décor needed for promotions.
• Deploy events within safety and security guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality in all actions and duties.
• Know casino events and promotional activities and assist as needed.
