Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience, casino or hospitality preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to read and follow Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
• English language proficiency related to duties.
• Ability to complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Stay hands-on during giveaways by prepping boxes and keeping gift distribution flowing smoothly.
• Check in guests for gift giveaways, drawings, tournaments, and SVIP shopping experiences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person.
• Organize and maintain giveaway areas to keep them guest-ready and clean.
• Assist with keeping promotions office and storage areas organized.
• Communicate event details and updates to team members.
