Job summary

iHeartMedia in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a dynamic Promotions & Events team member to help plan and execute local events and campaigns. With the scale of iHeart’s national events, you’ll coordinate concerts, community activations, live broadcasts, and brand experiences that connect listeners with our stations and clients.

You will collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing, manage logistics, stage setups, signage, and tech needs, and serve as on-site lead during events.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the public and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media/content tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local events and promotions.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to develop campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events, representing iHeartMedia professionally.
• Engage with listeners and clients to create memorable brand interactions.
• Maintain and transport promotional materials and inventory as needed.
• Support digital and social media efforts by capturing content.
