Job summary

Stateside Live! Promotions Coordinator role located in Philadelphia requires a proactive individual to manage day-to-day sales strategy across promotion, engagement, and conversion, while planning social and promotional events.

You will lead field marketing efforts, drive data collection via sweepstakes and contests, and execute SMS campaigns to boost venue traffic. Collaboration with management will shape Bet-Way goals and events, with social content creation and analytics baked in.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality and/or sales or marketing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be savvy in marketing and promotional strategies.
• Must be highly organized, reliable and can keep collected information secure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the sales strategy in the categories of promotion, engagement, and conversion.
• Book, plan and confirm social and promotional parties.
• Work with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Sales Building on strategies and initiatives that drive sales.
• Lead the venue’s field marketing activities and promotions including office, hotel, convention, and other outreach programs.
• Work with the operations team and encourage venue staff to drive data collection through online sweepstakes and contests, onsite and offsite opportunities.
• Execute SMS promotional campaigns that drive traffic to the venues during set days and hours.
• Send follow ups and confirmation emails to guests.
• Submit weekly sales sheets reports.
• Educate venue staff on sales initiatives and promotional outings to ensure their participation.
• Work with Operations to promote Bet-Way sales goals and events.
• Assist with social event booking including Birthday Parties, Bottle Service, Happy Hour management, etc. upon request from management.
• Create and implement social media content/campaigns across social platforms.
• Assist with the creation of social content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and areas to optimize social media.
• Provide support to the marketing team at events including social media coverage & event operations.
• Provide customer service support through social media listening.

Promotions Coordinator position requires the ability to perform the following:

• Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility.
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Handling objects (pens, pencils, paper, etc.), products and equipment.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling.
• Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail.
• Will be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
