Job summary

Chickasaw Nation is seeking a full-time Promotions Associate to join the WinStar Promotions team at WinStar World Casino and Resort. The role runs 2:00 PM–10:30 PM on Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.

You will execute on-site and off-site marketing functions related to promotions, including rule creation, cash and prize giveaways. The position requires up to 1 year of related experience, basic computer skills, and proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• 1 year directly related experience
• High School, GED or Equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in directly related field (nonessential)

Responsibilities

• Advertises promotions to facility patrons using handouts, microphone, and sound/light systems as needed
• Promotes the Players Club card by informing patrons of card benefits
• Develops promotional rules for submission using previous rules as a guide; ensures rules adhere to CNDC guidelines
• Uses Casino Management System to determine promotional targets
• Determines patron eligibility by entering patron information in the Casino Management System
• Submits funds request for the department and coordinates with management for timely receipt of funds
• Updates contracts to include promotion-specific information for final approval
• Contacts vendors to guarantee product and prizes are ordered and delivered within CNDC guidelines
• Updates facility management and player analysis with current information on promotions
• Liaises between Facility, Marketing and Share Services regarding promotional items
• Organizes and cleans assigned area
• Provides first class customer service and handles inquiries, compliments and complaints
• Completes required training and participates in ongoing education
• Works collaboratively to support productivity and safety of the team and customers
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and a safe environment
• Maintains professionalism
• Is punctual and consistent in start times and attendance
• Adheres to CN dress code standards
• Follows all rules and guidelines for the assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned
