Job summary

Chickasaw Nation is seeking a Part Time Surveillance Officer for the WinStar Surveillance Unit 1 to help ensure the safety of tribal assets. You will monitor gaming areas, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional environment on site.

Essential duties include operating CCTV equipment, conducting incident reporting, and adhering to all policies. Training is required, with emphasis on accuracy, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Pass gaming background check and Blackjack Test with 70+.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service to internal and external customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Complete all required training and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Operate CCTV systems to monitor gaming and money handling and ensure procedures are followed.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation to protect employees and assets.
• Follow dress code standards and comply with all rules, regulations and guidelines.
