Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate for the WinStar Gift Shop, with hours 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Mon-Fri, Sat. You will provide top-notch customer service, process transactions at the POS, balance cash, and assist with inventory and promotions.

Training and compliance are required, with focus on loss prevention and safety. Experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• No prior experience required
• Pass gaming background check and licensing if required

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers
• Complete training and development requirements
• Support productivity and safety in the work area and with team members
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and safe environment
• Explain programs, promotions, benefits, rewards and requirements to customers
• Operate POS to tally purchases and ensure accurate payment
• Balance cash drawer and complete cash reports for receipts and denominations
• Promote products to increase guest satisfaction and store sales
• Handle routine customer complaints with professionalism
• Assist customers with purchase decisions and guide selections
