Job summary

Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA seeks a Promotions Coordinator to drive dynamic events and guest interactions on the casino floor and within an office setting. You’ll lead energetic promotions, engage with guests, and help plan and execute activities that create memorable experiences.

Join a fast-paced team where you’ll combine event execution with administrative tasks, tailoring the guest experience while maintaining promotional integrity and timely communication with hosts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes logs and other paperwork as required.
• Possesses knowledge of events and activities within the Erie community and on property in order to provide information as requested by guests.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of all amenities on property in order to actively market those amenities to guests.
• Implementing promotions and events in accordance to promotional rules and guidelines.
• Perform casino announcements in a clear, concise, upbeat manner.
• Possesses an engaging personality that is detail oriented and able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a highly time sensitive environment.
• Assist the Casino Hosts service guests through issuing comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
• Other duties may be assigned.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
