Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Promotions Coordinator for Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA. Join a dynamic team to drive events and promotions, engaging guests on the casino floor and handling office tasks to support the promotions calendar.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to obtain PA gaming licensure. You will promote amenities, issue comps, and coordinate with hosts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must obtain and maintain Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board licensing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; basic math and reasoning skills helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Completes logs and other paperwork as required.
• Knowledge of Erie community and property amenities to inform guests.
• Promote amenities to guests and actively market them.
• Implement promotions and events per promotional rules and guidelines.
• Make casino announcements clearly and upbeat.
• Assist casino hosts with comps, player cards, and account servicing.
• Other duties may be assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes logs and other paperwork as required.
• Possesses knowledge of events and activities within the Erie community and on property in order to provide information as requested by guests.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of all amenities on property in order to actively market those amenities to guests.
• Implementing promotions and events in accordance to promotional rules and guidelines.
• Perform casino announcements in a clear, concise, upbeat manner.
• Possesses an engaging personality that is detail oriented and able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a highly time sensitive environment.
• Assist the Casino Hosts service guests through issuing comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE ABILITY

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Microsoft Office experience required.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
