Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the internal company store for promotional items.
• Create artwork and design materials for promotional products.
• Oversee ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory.
• Maintain relationships with promotional vendors and suppliers.
• Track and manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics across all company locations.
• Support and promote promotional items across internal departments and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute new promotional initiatives.
• Research and stay informed on upstream oil & gas industry trends.
• Ensure timely delivery and distribution of promotional materials.
• Maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and vendor communications.
• Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities.
