Job summary

Stasis Drilling Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing & Communications by executing external communications strategies across events, digital campaigns, product launches, content, and branding.

The role collaborates with sales, engineering, operations, and vendors to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, translating technical concepts into compelling visuals and copy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event channels.
• Develop content and visuals for social media, website updates, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical sales materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical and customer-focused content (writing and visual storytelling).
• Assist with photography, video production, and multimedia content initiatives.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets, content libraries, and brand resources.
• Coordinate logistics for industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and sponsorships.
• Support event planning and execution including budgeting, vendor coordination, registration, and post-event reporting.
• Manage marketing collateral, promotional items, booth materials, signage, and event communications with agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.
• Maintain the company website including content and SEO/AEO optimization.
• Create and schedule social media content aligned with campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and engagement metrics.
• Support lead generation and business development through research and data analysis.
• Assist with marketing automation strategies; HubSpot experience preferred.
