Job summary

Ullterra Drilling Technologies L.P. is seeking a Promotional Coordinator to manage the internal company store for promotional items, create artwork, and oversee inventory across locations.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal departments to design promotional initiatives, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a willingness to learn the upstream oil & gas industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience with promotional products, marketing coordination, or inventory management preferred.
• Basic understanding of upstream oil & gas industry preferred or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the internal company store for promotional items
• Create artwork and design materials for promotional products
• Oversee ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory
• Maintain relationships with promotional vendors and suppliers
• Track and manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics across all company locations
• Support and promote promotional items across internal departments and stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute new promotional initiatives
• Research and stay informed on upstream oil & gas industry trends
• Ensure timely delivery and distribution of promotional materials
• Maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and vendor communications
• Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities
• Ability to communicate, including the ability to read, write, and speak English and promptly follow verbal and written directions in English
• Perform other related duties as assigned
