Job summary

Think Patented is seeking a Promotional Products Coordinator to support our growing division. You’ll assist with quotes, pricing, and idea presentations, and enter orders into our system with accuracy.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and strong communication as you build relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in promotional products or related field preferred but not required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years in order entry, order management, customer service, or accounting support.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer quotes, pricing, and idea presentations.
• Enter promotional product orders into the order management system accurately.
• Manage orders from entry through delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate projects with Sales, Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, Accounting and other departments.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with customers, suppliers and co-workers.What You'll DoAssist with customer quotes, pricing, and idea presentations.Enter promotional product orders accurately into an order management system.Manage orders from entry through delivery confirmation.Coordinate customer projects with Sales, Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal departments.Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.What We're Looking ForPromotional products experience preferred, but not required.Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in order entry, order management, customer service, or accounting support.Experience working in an ERP or order management system.Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.Work Schedule & LocationFull-Time, Salaried ExemptMonday-Friday.
