We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Promotional Products Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and executing promotional product campaigns while building strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, sales acumen, and a passion for relationship-building with clients across various industries, while effectively managing competing priorities, staying calm under pressure, and consistently meeting deadlines without compromising work quality.

Essential Functions:

• Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their promotional product needs.
  • Creates and maintains proactive relationships with Account Executives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering trust.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and expand client accounts.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, ensuring project timelines and goals are met.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee the entire life cycle of promotional product projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to source, produce, and deliver customized promotional products.
  • Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise, providing creative solutions when necessary.
  • Potential work with our e-store merchandise programs.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards, maintaining high-quality standards for every campaign.
• Client Consultation and Strategy:
  • Work closely with clients and Account Executives to understand their marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice on selecting promotional products that align with clients' goals and budget.
  • Offer innovative and customized product ideas that enhance client branding and visibility.
• Reporting and Metrics:
  • Maintain detailed records of all projects, including budgets, timelines, and communication with clients.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and sales forecasts.
  • Track sales performance and analyze key metrics to drive business growth.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the Account Coordinators, Purchasing and Graphic designers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned with client expectations and project deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education or the equivalent
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• 5+ years of print/promo industry experience preferred
• Proficient with computer programs such as, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines
• Ability to work with detailed information accurately
• Ability to communicate both written and orally
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team environment
• Strong organization and prioritization skills; able to organize and plan work efforts to maximize work place efficiency and productivity
